Job Responsibilities:


Client Services and Trip Arrangement


·        Receive trip requests from the client, provide professional advice and alternative solution in planning stage and in the event of technical issues or unforeseen situation

·        Deal with ad-hoc schedule, unforeseen scenario effectively

·        Close liaison with client representatives and relevant TAG departments to ensure smooth progression and VIP standard of all trips.

·        Ensure company policy and regulatory procedures are respected and complied

·        Provide trip cost estimation if necessary

·        Coordinate trip arrangements with dispatch team and crew

·        Review and maintain crew expenses records

·        Maintain crew and passenger records in database



JOB REQUIREMENTS


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS



·        A Bachelor Degree in Business or Aviation discipline

·        Junior position with 2 years of relevant experience

·        Flexible and able to work outside the regular hours

·        Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments on formal, informal written and verbal bases

·        Detail oriented, excellent listening skills, patience and ability to handle a fast-paced environment

·        Must be able to set priorities and manage time effectively

·        Ability to influence others while working towards common company goals

·        Must possess excellent oral and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
